1. Meeting between the proposed candidate and organizationsí representatives, can be scheduled at our /your premises as per your convenience.
2. Placement Charges shall be subject to the seniority and position of each selected candidate.

(A) For V.P. and above, a placement charge equivalent to three months of their gross cost to the company shall be payable. (24.99% of CTC+ Service Tax(12.36%))
(B) For managerial positions (P.M, Project Consultants etc.), a placement charge equivalent to two months of their gross cost to the company shall be payable. (16.66% of CTC +Service Tax(12.36%))
(C) one month gross salary shall be payable to us for each selected candidate, for Junior Manager, Team member, other executives and lower cadres. (8.33 % of CTC+ Service Tax(12.36%))
3. Payment by cheque / draft in favor of Scancom Consultancy Services shall be made for all selections with in seven days of bill submission.
4. If the selected candidate does not complete the minimum tenure of three months with your organization, we shall provide a replacement within three weeks without any service charges.
5. A candidate introduced by us get rejected can not join the same concern before six months. If it happens, the company is liable to pay service charges.
* Under any other circumstances our service charges shall be payable for all replacements.
